Price for Petkim`s shares increased several times, SOCAR president
"Petkim`s share price has grown several times on the market," said President of SOCAR Rovnag Abdullayev.
Mr. Abdullayev said SOCAR bought 10 per cent of Petkim`s shares from the state and part of the shares from the market.

He noted that Petkim`s shares increased from 1.8 to 4.35 Turkish liras.

"So we want to sell part of the shares. This is a normal process," the SOCAR chief said.

SOCAR owns 61.32 per cent of shares of the Petkim PetroKimya Holding which is the biggest assets of SOCAR in Turkey.
