The units of the Azerbaijani Army did not open fire, said the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan said in their response to the information spread by the Armenian side about the incident on the state border, AzVision.az reports.
"There are no casualties among our personnel. If there are any casualties in the Armenian Armed Forces, it can only be because of an incident among themselves," the Ministry added.
