"Liberation of each settlement is a historic event. Azerbaijani Armed Forces only moved forward from the first day of the war until the last day. Liberation of four villages rejoiced Azerbaijani people," President Ilham Aliyev said.
The head of the state made these remarks during his meeting with members of the general public of Gubadli district.
"After so many years, we experienced the joy of Victory. At that time, no one could say how long the war would last because our plan was to liberate all territories under the occupation," the head of the state said.
