Ambassador of Ukraine to Azerbaijan Vladislav Kanevski has congratulated Azerbaijani people on the occasion of Victory Day.
"We congratulate friendly Azerbaijan on Victory Day. The end of the Karabakh conflict was an important step towards eradicating other frozen conflicts in the post-Soviet space and brought Ukraine closer to its victory over the occupant," the ambassador wrote on Twitter.
