On November 16, the International Military Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Defense presented a briefing for the foreign military attachés accredited to the Republic of Azerbaijan and representatives of the international organizations in Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports citing Azerbaijani Defense Ministry.
The briefing participants were informed in detail about the provocations committed by the Armenian side on the state border and the current situation.
