The agreement was reached during the meeting of President Ilham Aliyev with the investment minister of Saudi Arabia, co-chairman of the Intergovernmental Joint Commission between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Khalid bin Abdulaziz Al-Falih, in Cernobbio, Italy, on September 2, AzVision.az reports.
During the conversation, the sides exchanged views on the development of economic relations, including the project implemented in Azerbaijan by Saudi company ACWA Power in the field of renewable energy, as well as cooperation in the field of energy, especially oil and gas.
