"Such a dialogue is a good exchange of views for us," Bayramov said.
The minister stressed that relations of strategic cooperation have developed between Azerbaijan and Russia, based on the mutual understanding between the leaders of the two countries.
According to Bayramov, the agenda of Baku and Moscow on regional peace and the fight against revanchism virtually coincides. The signing of the Declaration on Allied Interaction between Azerbaijan and Russia on February 22, 2022, gave impetus to these relations, he added.
