“The sooner Armenia corrects its steps, the more it will benefit the peace process. We observe its unconstructive approach even now. At the end of last year, we are witnessing unconstructive approach to the events on the Lachin road,” said Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov in Baku.
The minister noted that Armenia had taken illegal actions on this road. “We see that at the level of the high political leadership, they want to rest full responsibility upon Russia and Azerbaijan. We believe that requirements of the tripartite Declaration will be fulfilled,” the minister added.
