The meeting revolved around the issues regarding the impacts of climate change, reducing carbon emissions, as well as the importance of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change - COP29, slated to be held in Azerbaijan this November.
During the meeting, Okan Dursun got acquainted with operating principles the Situation Center, as well as "TÜRKMETCAP+" forecasting system, visualization of hydrometeorological observation data, weather radar observations, hydrological automation monitoring system and air quality monitoring equipment data.
