Washington is considering plans to open such a transport corridor bypassing Russia and China. "I would not politicize this issue. The fact is that any transport initiatives do not at all mean that with the opening of a new corridor, everyone will immediately abandon the already tested and convenient ones and run along a new route. It doesn't work that way at all. This requires a lot of time, large investments of funds and the consent of many countries," the diplomat noted.
He drew attention to the fact that a variety of transport opportunities only creates more conditions for business development. "What is a transport corridor? It is an opportunity to transport goods and people, an opportunity to trade. The more roads, the more convenient it is to do business and the more convenient it is to trade and develop tourism. Any road is the development of territories," Polad Bulbuloglu concluded.
