The Azerbaijani-Uzbek media forum titled “In pursuit of truth in the digital age: Combating disinformation” kicked off today in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan.
The media forum is being held within the implementation of the “Road Map on the development of cooperation in the field of media between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Uzbekistan,” signed during the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan in August 2023.
The event is attended by heads of the Azerbaijan’s media outlets, including Chairman of the Board of Azerbaijan State News Agency Vugar Aliyev.
