“We`ve developed six factors that helped us to single out the 20 most risky polling stations; all interested parties need to pay close attention to them,” Harutyunyan noted. In these stations, he added, there were differences between the numbers in the main electoral list and the total number of actual voters. He stressed that, for example, there was a surplus of 845 voters at a polling station in Kotayk region`s Sevaberd village.
The survey has also found 218 persons in the voter register who shared the same name and surname and even had identical dates of birth, while the day and month of 37 thousand 339 voters was missing completely.
Compass researcher Karen Petrosyan, in turn, presented the findings of a selective observation carried out at 60 addresses in the towns of Gyumri and Vanadzor: “At one of the addresses there was a registered citizens whom the actual tenants did not know.
In Gyumri, three in ten addresses do not exist; [at the observed addresses] there are people aged 80 years or over, of whom three in ten have died. This alone speaks of a 30% deviation.”
