Polling stations at Turkish embassy and consulates in Azerbaijan opened in connection with presidential elections
The voting will be held on August 3 at 08:00-17:00 at the embassy in Baku, consulates in Ganja and Nakhchivan.
Polling stations at Turkish consulates and embassy in Azerbaijan have been opened in connection with presidential elections to be held on August 10 in Turkey.

The voting will be held on August 3 at 08:00-17:00 at the embassy in Baku, consulates in Ganja and Nakhchivan.

Only Turkish citizens registered in ysk.gov.tr website can be participate in the voting.

6,305 from 15,000 Turkish citizens living in Azerbaijan are expected to participate in the voting. 8 ballot-boxes have been created in the embassy for 5,611 persons to vote. 403 Turkish citizens are expected to vote in Ganja consulate, 291 in Nakhchivan.

The voting process will be followed by the international observers.

First round for election of 12th president of Turkey will be held on August 10, if the elections switch to the second round, it will be held on August 24.

Turkish citizens in the foreign countries these dates are relevantly 31 July – 3 August and 17-20 August.
