Azerbaijani customs committee transfers more tax revenues to state budget
The Azerbaijani State Customs Committee transferred 644.32 million manat to the state budget in January-April 2016, the committee`s report said.
According to the report, the revenues increased by 33.3 percent compared to the same period of 2015.

According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, the forecast on revenues to the budget was ensured by 123 percent.

The volume of revenues amounted to 227.4 million manat in April.

The revenues from customs duties totaled 54.2 million manat, the value added tax of imported goods - 145.58 million manat, excise tax - 15.62 million manat, road tax - 12 million manat, according to the report.

The revenues from customs duties increased by 27.3 percent, the value added tax of imported goods - 62 percent, excise tax - 2.2 times, road tax - 7.3 times compared to April 2015.

The revenues from customs duties hit 161.3 million manat, the value added tax of imported goods - 443.8 million manat, excise tax - 21.11 million manat, road tax - 17.48 million manat in January-April.

The revenues from customs duties increased by 17.9 percent, the value added tax of imported goods - 41.6 percent, excise tax - 2.2 times, road tax - by threefold compared to the same period of 2015.

The revenues from excise tax decreased by 22.1 percent compared to the same period of 2015.

In general, the forecast on customs revenues to the Azerbaijani state budget is planned to hit 1.81 billion manat.
