Switzerland rejects to erect monument to so-called "Armenian genocide"
The Swiss government has rejected the proposal of the Armenian diaspora on erecting a monument to so-called "Armenian genocide" in the country.
AZVision.az reports quoting Dogan news agency that Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs submitted its decision denying the proposal to the Canton of Geneva.

The Armenian diaspora in Switzerland proposed to erect a monument to so-called "Armenian genocide" in Ariana Park, headquarters of the United Nations in Geneva. The Ministry said that if the Armenian diaspora insists, the Canton of Geneva may decide to erect the monument elsewhere in the country.
