`Azerbaijan won`t resort to a large-scale war against Armenia in 1,5-2 years. The Armenian side has so much time for strengthening of the defensive system`, ex-defense minister of the `Nagorno-Karabakh Republic` Samvel Babayan told, AzVision.az reports citing the Armenian Media.
`Azerbaijan has an Israeli missile defense system. I can even indicate their location throughout the Azerbaijani territory. If they say that there are three countries in the world with such a system, I can say that Azerbaijan is the fourth country`, he said.
`Armenia even has no financial means to purchase necessary weapons. However, the financial means can be found at anytime`, he added.
"I am well aware of the state of our economy and when I offer something, I imagine the approximate figures and also know that these funds can be found. They can find these funds, if they look at themselves," he said.
