Russia could evade from the issues on the settlement of Nagorno-Karabakh conflict in Vienna meeting. Thus, the US assaulted this issue. However, we see the `key` of the conflict in Russia`s hands. It could be seen in German Chancellor, Angela Merkel` s expression`.

In this regard, Russia`s positivity on the issue can be seen. At the same time, Azerbaijan`s membership to Eurasian Union are hinted in media. It is clear that Russia has expectations from Azerbaijan`.
