4 Armenian citizens detained on Polish-Lithuanian border
Four Armenian citizens have been detained for illegally crossing the Polish-Lithuanian border, AzVision.az reports citing News.am.
The patrol stopped a Renault Laguna with Lithuanian license plates, Polish Radio 5 reports. There were five Armenian citizens – three adults and two children – in the car.

According to the Polish border guards, their Lithuanian visas and border crossing stamps had traces of falsification.

Consequently, four Armenian citizens, aged 41,37,16 and 14, were detained. The fifth one, the driver, had a legal status of Lithuanian resident and was thus released after questioning.

The two adults – a man and a woman – agreed to a punishment in the form of two years of suspended sentence instead of six months in prison.
