Trump will pay less attention to Karabakh conflict - American analyst
`Washington will pay less attention to the Karabakh conflict for some time,`Poll Paul Goble, analyst and a former U.S. State Department official told to News.am, Azvision.az reports.

Goble was asked a question on the effects of the US and Russia relations on the South Caucasus region, especially the Nagorno Karabakh conflict durin Trump`s presidency. `I am afraid that there will not be any good news for the South Caucasus countries. In my opinion, Washington will pay less attention to the Nagorno Karabakh issue. If new violence is committed, the US will have to intervene and search for the possible solutions of the conflict,` Goble answered.

`Assigning new people is not so significant at diplomatic level. The White House can make major changes,` Goble added, speaking on assignation of the US co-chair of the OSCE MG Richard Hoagland.
