`Historically, Armenia had not followed the war regulations. The Armenian government still continues to violate the human rights,` American expert, Peter Tase said commenting on the return of the Azerbaijani soldier Chingiz Gurbanov`s body to Azerbaijan, AzVision.az reports citing Report.
`The Armenian government avoids to apply the democratic reforms and rejects to strengthen the policy on the defense of the human rights,` he said.
`Armenia must leave the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. There is no doubt that Nagorno Karabakh and seven regions are the Azerbaijani lands according to the historical sources and archeological excavations. The International Community and other organizations must demonstrate their positions regarding Armenia`s rejection to return of the Azerbaijani soldier, Chingiz Gurbanov`s body. It means the violation of the international war regulations. Such kind of actions are characteristic to the ISIS terrorist group`, Tase underlined.
Note, Chingiz Gurbanov, a serviceman of Azerbaijani Armed Forces, went missing during the fight. It was later found out that Armenia kept the soldier’s body.
