“The Baku-Tbilisi-Kars, Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum, as well as Southern Gas Corridor projects contribute significantly to the economic development of Azerbaijan and Georgia,” said Jeyhun Bayramov, Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the briefing following the meeting with his Georgian counterpart Maka Botchorishvili.
According to him, there is a considerable increase in cargo transportation via the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway.
