Ilham Aliyev said that Azerbaijan and Russia have a long tradition of friendship and good neighborliness.
The Azerbaijani President expressed confidence that inter-state relations based on these traditions, as well as bilateral cooperation will continue to grow rapidly for the prosperity of our countries and peoples in the name of peace and stability in the region.
