Under the order, in order to construct a carpet factory in Sabunchu district, to provide the factory with equipment and machinery and to establish the infrastructure, 2 million manats of the amount specified in Subparagraph 1.49.5 of the distribution of funds meant for public investment in the 2018 budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been allocated to "Azharkhalcha" OJSC.
The Cabinet of Ministers should resolve issues arising from this order.
The Ministry of Finance is due to provide funding in the amount specified.
