Schennach, who is monitoring the presidential election in Azerbaijan, noted that the voter turnout is high.
The observation mission will be monitoring the voting process in Baku and several districts of the country.

The voting in Azerbaijan’s presidential election is organized very well, Stefan Schennach, co-rapporteur of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe(PACE) for monitoring Azerbaijan, said on Wednesday.
