Turkish Petroleum: Turkey, Azerbaijan intend to extend cooperation agreement on energy security  

During past two years, Azerbaijan invested $14 billion Turkey and Turkey invested $12 billion in Azerbaijan, Chairman of Board and Director General of Turkish Petroleum company Melih Han Bilgin said at the 25th Caspian Oil and Gas Conference.

Turkey is the second largest trade partner of Azerbaijan. In the second quarter of 2018, the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Turkey reached $0.5 billion. Turkey participated in several large-scale projects of Azerbaijan. One of the most difficult projects Baku-Tbilisi-Kars has been launched. Turkey and Azerbaijan intend to extend cooperation on energy security", Bilgin said.
