President Ilham Aliyev was informed that the building constructed in a form of a giant `white piano` harmonizes with the surrounding landscape. The lower floor of the building functions as a special garage for cars.
All conditions for theatrical performances, concert programs, films and other events were created at the center.
The head of state voiced satisfaction with the works and gave the due instructions and recommendations. During the visit President Ilham Aliyev met with the public representatives of the region.
