As is known, Armenia has declared martial law and general mobilization since September 27.

A large number of representatives of the former government have been drafted into the army, according to Hraparak daily newspaper, AzVision.az reports. 

For instance, one of Pashinyan’s harshest critics, the editor of slaq.am, Menua Harutyunyan, has been serving in the reserve forces on the border for a week.

Deputy Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia Armen Ashotyan was also conscripted into the army: he is a pathologist by profession. Moreover, a a great number of former Armenian deputies, including Andranik Karapetyan and Rustam Gasparyan are serving in the army. Aragats Akhoyan has just returned from the front. The son of Artur Baghdasaryan, Chair of the Orinats Yerkir party has also been conscripted into the army.

One of the former leaders of the Republican Party of Armenia and his son also received a notification from the military commissariat.
