The Ministry of National Defense of Turkey tweeted its congratulations to Azerbaijan over the liberation of Shusha city from the Armenian occupation, AzVision.az reports.
“The heroic Azerbaijan Army liberated the critically important city of Shusha from the Armenian occupation. We congratulate our Azerbaijani brothers. They will watch the opening of the famous Khari Bulbul flower in Shusha after 28 years”, the ministry said.
