Missile proliferation is increasing int’l security problem relevant in S. Caucasus, says French envoy

Missile proliferation is an increasing international security problem relevant in the Southern Caucasus, French Ambassador to Azerbaijan Zacharie Gross tweeted Tuesday, AzVision.az reports.

“Missile proliferation is an increasing international security problem relevant in the Southern Caucasus & the broader region (Iran, Russia). Dialogue & confidence-building measures should, in my view, be considered to address the issue,” he wrote.
