Azerbaijani president submits amnesty act to parliament

Azerbaijan’s Milli Majlis will adopt an amnesty act.

A draft resolution “On amnesty on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day” signed by President Ilham Aliyev has been submitted to the parliament.
