During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the post-conflict situation and the prevailing new realities in the region.
Minister Bayramov informed the interlocutor about the issues related to demining of the liberated Azerbaijani territories, the restoration of destroyed lands, the opening of communications in the region, the implementation of border delimitation and demarcation with Armenia, as well as the normalization of Yerevan-Baku ties based on the principles and norms of international law.
The minister stressed that Azerbaijan is in favor of lasting peace and stability in the region.
The parties then discussed the current state of Azerbaijan-France relations, expressing interest in developing bilateral ties and intensifying political dialogue.
