  China Eastern Airlines passenger jet crashes with 133 people on board

A plane carrying 133 people has crashed in southern China. 

Chinese state media reports the Boeing 737, operated by Chinese Eastern airlines, was flying a domestic route from the city of Kunming to Guangzhou when it crashed on a hill in Guangxi province.

Rescue teams are near the site of the crash, which is ablaze, but casualties are unclear.
