Azerbaijani president's representative for special assignments to visit Iran

Azerbaijani president

The representative of the President of Azerbaijan for special assignments, Khalaf Khalafov, will visit Tehran on Tuesday evening, AzVision.az reports citing TASS.

During the visit, Khalafov plans to meet with several high-ranking Iranian officials and discuss the situation in the region. There is no information provided about who exactly he plans to meet with.

The Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan has been in Tehran since October 1. During his visit, he already met with his Iranian counterpart Ali Akbar Ahmadian, as well as the Foreign Affairs Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian, and the country's President Ebrahim Raisi.
