Amirbayov emphasized that the latest evidence of Paris’ commitment to the selfless defense of Armenian interests was the recently announced decision by French Foreign Minister Catherine Colonna to bring military-technical cooperation with Yerevan to a qualitatively new level, including the start of supplies of weapons and military equipment to its de facto ally.
"Such a reckless step by France not only negates its unbridled ambitions as a 'peacemaker', but also brings the region to a new dangerous level of military confrontation, inciting Armenia to new deadly provocations and new aggression against Azerbaijan," the presidential representative concluded.
