Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) is sure that the COP29 to be held in Baku will be organized at a high level, Ali Al Sayegh, the Vice President, Internal, Culture and Change Communications at ADNOC, said at the Baku Energy Forum, AzVision.az reports.
