Mursel Ibrahimov, Chief of the State Service for Mobilization and Conscription, met with Okay Memiş, Secretary General of the National Security Council of the Republic of Türkiye, who is currently visiting Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, Mursel Ibrahimov emphasized that the brotherhood and alliance between Azerbaijan and Türkiye are rooted in a long and rich history.
Okay Memiş highlighted the importance of further deepening relations between the two countries and underscored the value of cooperation and experience-sharing in the military field.
The discussions covered a range of topics, including the medical certification process, deferment rights, mobilization preparedness during both peacetime and wartime, automation of procedures, digitalization, and other key issues.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the visiting delegation was presented with keepsakes.
