Azerbaijan supports the discussions over the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict substantially.
It was stated by member of Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan Rasim Musabayov while commenting on a recent statement made by Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan that the ‘talks between Baku and Yerevan should be substantive.’
“Substantive means to discuss in essence,” Musabayov said.
“Azerbaijan wants to talk not just about confidence-building measures, the need to create a good atmosphere, but also about specific items that will be accepted as a basis of the contract to be signed and executed,” he said.
