U.S. Ambassador: "There is progress in the Karabakh settlement"
There is little progress in the negotiations on the settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict, U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern told VOA Radio, APA reports.

Heffern said that the settlement process had reached a deadlock.

“I would say that the U.S. Department of State instructed the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group to spare no efforts for the rapprochement of positions of the sides. James Warlick has a specific obligation to create the conditions for deepening negotiations between the conflicting parties.”
