"There shall be no retreat, no surrender. No retreat! No surrender!" he said, addressing the meeting of his ruling United Malays National Organization party, as quoted by the Straits Times daily newspaper.
The prime minister added that he was ready to negotiate any problems, as he was not involved in any wrongdoing.
In October, Malaysia’s former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad demanded Najib`s resignation over the allegations that he had embezzled state funds for private purposes.
