Market Blast Claims Lives of 10 in North-Western Pakistan
At least ten people were killed on Sunday in an explosion at a market in the Pakistani north-western town of Parachinar, local media reported, citing officials.
According to the GEO TV channel, the attack took place in front of the entry point of Parachinar town, the largest city in Kurram Agency.

The explosion injured about 30 people, seven of them were in critical condition, a spokesman for the city hospital where the victims were taken, said.

The attack has reportedly been staged by two suspected terrorists who tried to escape from the scene.

They were later detained and handed over to the authorities for investigation.
