He said the situation is extremely complicated, and no one is going to simplify it, but it is sufficiently controllable “so that for us not to panic, to keep a cool mind, common sense and fair account of our future actions”, UNN reported.
He also stressed that destabilization of the situation and panic is a weapon of the opponent, just as tanks are.
