The lowest rate of Azerbaijan’s national currency, manat, against the US dollar was set at 1.7662 AZN/USD for Dec. 28 after a currency auction held by the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) on Dec. 27 with participation of the country’s state oil fund SOFAZ, said the CBA.
