Azerbaijan preparing new fiscal rules on SOFAZ transfers

State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) will provide implementation of budget transfers on the basis of monthly and quarterly partition by coordinating with the Finance Ministry and Central Bank of Azerbaijan, says the decree signed by the President of Azerbaijan on application of Law on State Budget for 2017.
According to the decree, SOFAZ is to prepare proposals on new fiscal rules and regulation of upper limit of the transfers within six months and submit to the president.
