Armenians have today started voting to elect members for parliament. Dozens of violations were observed at the voting process by the journalists and the independent observers, AzVision.az reports.
The elections are the first to take place in Armenia since the country’s 2015 constitutional referendum, as Armenia moves from a semi-presidential system towards a parliamentary system.
