“On Sept. 27 evening, the Russian president will be in Dushanbe at an informal dinner, and all events will take place as part of the CIS on Sept. 28,” he noted.
“Before this, early on Sept. 27 morning, Putin will fly to Baku, where the forum of Russian-Azerbaijani regions will be held. Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev will talk with the heads of regions, but before that, the Russian president will also attend some competitions as part of the World Judo Championships taking place in Baku.”
