Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov tweeted about Armenia's rocket fire on Barda city in 2020, AzVision.az reports.
"Missile attacks on Barda city of Azerbaijan by the Armed Forces of Armenia on 27-28 October 2020, killed many innocent Azerbaijani civilians. We remember the victims of this heinous attack with deep sorrow. Those responsible for this war crime must be held responsible!", the tweet reads.
