“In early Thursday, Russian troops fired a missile at a high-rise settlement in the city center. Many residential buildings were damaged. In some places, walls and ceilings were completely destroyed,” Chaus added.
Rescuers are working at the scene. The number of casualties is being clarified.
Earlier, Kyiv and Kharkiv were subjected to intensive missile attacks by Russian troops.
