The migrants and asylum seekers had waited for hours before taking matters into their own hands, exhausted by a marathon journey that has seen more than 8,000 people pour into Croatia in one day.

Some were able to board buses. Others took a train bound for Slovenia. It was halted on arrival with authorities saying they would send desperate passengers back.
Croatia has warned it will close its border with Serbia if an influx on Thursday’s scale reoccurs.

euronews was given contradictory information by authorities as well.
What is clear is that people are now flocking to Serbia’s border with Croatia instead of heading to Hungary.
