She claimed there could still be room for compromise with Theresa May if the Prime Minister were to offer a deal for Scotland but warned this has not been forthcoming so far.
Her speech came ahead of a debate in the Commons where MPs will consider the Article 50 bill later this afternoon.
The Government is thought to have headed off a revolt from Tory MPs over EU citizen's rights and a so-called meaningful vote on the final deal.
The bill will then pass back to the House of Lords, where is it also expected to pass without impediment.
