"The agenda of the Eastern Partnership summit to be held in Riga on May 21-22 is being specified,” the EU said. “The event is aimed at developing cooperation as part of the program, strengthening the work as part of the association agreement and a free trade agreement."
No agreement is planned to be signed with Azerbaijan yet, the statement said.
Eastern Partnership is a project of the
European Union. Its main objective is to develop the EU integration ties with Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldova, Armenia, Georgia and Belarus.
